Why does the blade cut granite more slowly over time?
Granite is hard and can glaze the diamonds. A few cuts in an abrasive material such as a concrete block will restore the cutting speed.
Can I use the 125 mm granite blade for cutting with water?
Only with a grinder designed for wet cutting. A standard angle grinder must not be used with water; then the blade cuts dry.
