EXPERIENCE
30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Distar is a joint Ukrainian-Italian company. Founded in 1994 by a team of like-minded people.
All started with blades for ceramic factories in Italy. The experience we gained was used to begin the production of tools for construction and stone processing.
Involving ambitious specialists and regular investments of over 1 million euros per year, allowed to grow a large, successful production enterprise.

The production of the tool is based on 7 modern manufacturing technologies:

sintering of the tool in protective and restorative environment
- Hydrogen Inert Technology Line
sintering of the tool in protective and restorative environment on the conveyor line
- Hot Forged Technology
sintering in metal press forms at pressure and high temperatures in an automatic cycle
- Double Hot Pressing
the process of double pressing at high temperatures
- DIAFIX
oriented arrangement of diamond grains in a diamond-bearing layer
- Laser Welding
the laser beam welds the joint between the segment and the body, forming a heavy-duty seam
- Contact Welding
welding of diamond segments to the grinding tool body in an automatic cycle
PRODUCTION
OVER 3,000 PRODUCTS
The assortment of over 3,000 products is presented in the TM: Distar, Mechanic.
Includes cutting blades, grinding cup wheels, drill bits, and various devices for dust-free work.
The tools are used on angle grinders, power cutters, wall chasers, drilling machines, wall-cutting machines and other equipment.
Different properties of products with wide price categories, cover most applications in many construction industries.

Today, the company's products can be purchased in all cities of Ukraine at more than 400 points of sale: tool shops, hardware stores, hypermarket retail areas, construction organizations, tool markets, online stores.

Over 250 highly qualified specialists are involved in the production. About 50 personnel of the staff work in the company's own retail and logistics centers for fast and timely delivery of products to the consumer.
