The 50 ButtonCut blade is a solution that reduces the process several times. Fine diamond grain and a blade thickness of 0.8 mm provide a clean cut without chips. Grinding is no longer required, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the work.

Please note:

• For best results and to prevent chipping, reduce the speed to around 10,000 rpm.


• A sufficient water supply must be maintained at all times. Even a slight reduction in water supply can cause chipping.


• Hand sprayers are not recommended. The Cover attachment is the best option, as it is installed on the small engraver machine and provides a constant water supply.


• Battery-powered water supply devices are recommended.


• Use the Support adapter for the small engraver machine. It helps reduce vibration and improves accuracy.


• For best results, place the tile on a vibration-absorbing material, such as polystyrene foam or similar.
