Diamond blade DISTAR 1A1R DECOR SLIM 5D has become a universal cutting tool for any type of tile. After testing on different types of tiles, it is recognized as the most optimal for the processing of porcelain gres, floor and wall tiles. It is not desirable to use this blade to for cutting marble and granite, as well as glazed tiles.
The blade has an ultra-thin layer of diamond cutting edge, only 1.2 mm, which allows you to cut as thin and clean as possible. When tested on porcelain gres with a thickness of 10 mm, the blade showed a high speed of 1.75 running meters per minute, while maintaining the high quality of the edge, estimated at 4 out of 5.

In case of annular burning, occurs along the perimeter of the diamond-bearing layer, it is necessary to stop cutting, allow the blade to cool down, and then continue working. If such processes become more frequent, sharpen the blade with an abrasive bar.
