Description
MasterCUT its a blade, that quickly and efficiently cuts porcelain stoneware or heavy-duty materials, such as glass in dry mode on angle grinder or with water cooling on a tile cutter. The accessory is made by vacuum baking heavy-duty diamonds on a high-quality steel body. Comfort in operation is achieved due to rolling the body, using a special technology. The blade life in dry mode is 20-30 linear meters and 30-40 linear meters with cooling on heavy-duty porcelain stoneware with a thickness of 10 mm. Chipping during cutting is minimal, and the cut requires almost no modifications. MasterCUT - cut without compromise.
Positioning of gres diamond cutting blades for angle grinders
Performance parameters are given for following conditions:
• cutting the material indicated on the charts;
• cutting with 125 mm blade diameter;
• working with operational angle grinder with a power of 1.4 kW, with a rotational speed of 11 000 rpm;
• at an air temperature of +25 °C.
