Cord Diamond Wire is a new high-performance solution.

This high-quality diamond wire has a thickness of 0.5 mm and is manufactured using multi-layer electroplating technology. The lifetime of this wire is up to 6 times longer than wires currently available on the market, and the cutting speed is up to 50% faster.

Cutting a 12 mm radius takes just 4 minutes, and the lifetime of a 30 сm wire reaches 12 to 18 cm of cutting (depending on tile thickness and cooling quality).

Using the wire accelerates the creation of popular elements in porcelain stoneware, such as:

• flush plate openings,
• ventilation holes,
• inspection hatches, etc.

It also allows for quick trimming of corners in tiles that remain after cutting with diamond blades.
