CoolPAD polishing blade are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramics, porcelain gres on the angle grinder. The composition of the diamond-bearing layer provides a consistently high processing speed, which ensures the best surface quality. You can touch the tiles glaze without fear of damaging the edge. The profile of the layer in the 'involute' form effectively removes the sludge from the grinding zone. Due to such properties, one blade number replaces three polishers of different grain sizes. For example, #1 replaces grains 30, 60, 120; #2 – 120, 200, 400; #3 – 400, 800, 1000. Its very convenient! The working surface of the blade must be sharpened with an abrasive material before the first use.
