The Sprut large-format porcelain transportation system is designed for lifting, moving, and laying large-sized tiles, with a maximum length of up to 320 cm, width up to 160 cm, and weight up to 500 kg.
The set includes a convenient rolling storage bag for easy transportation and storage. The system is equipped with six 200mm diameter vacuum suction cups with electric air pumps, allowing for use with both smooth and textured tiles. Reliable fixation via electric pumps prevents unexpected tile drops. White suction cups prevent dark spots on the tiles. Gauges on the suction cups allow for pressure control. Each suction cup can support up to 150 kg, though this may be lower on textured surfaces depending on the relief.
The position of the suction cups is adjustable for safe and convenient work. The system is 'two-in-one': the pump suction cups can be removed for manual transportation and tile installation without the transport system. The transport system consists of longitudinal telescopic aluminum profiles that adapt to different tile sizes (length adjustable from 165 cm to 320 cm, width – from 0.5 to 1.6 m), and two crossbars for increased strength and stability, especially when working with heavy tiles (the set includes 2 pairs of different sizes for tiles up to 1 m wide and more than 1 m wide).
For carrying narrow tiles, one longitudinal guide can be used. The system has 4 handles (2 per guide), whose position can be adjusted along the entire profile, adapting the Sprut system to the size and shape of large-format porcelain tiles. The weight of the transport system is only 30 kg. The weight of one longitudinal telescopic profile with suction cups is 13.5 kg. Medium-format porcelain tiles can be carried using a single longitudinal guide.
